Do you really come out at night?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day and we dispatch by priority — water actively coming in and open decking first. During a countywide storm we may be an hour or two out; we'll tell you honestly and talk you through buckets and plastic in the meantime.
Will my insurance pay for the tarp?

Should I go up and tarp it myself?

A tree is on my roof. What do I do?
